google browser - ‘Chrome’

no details yet, but between this and the ‘Android’ smartphone OS I am pleased to see them making complete moves into software.

Granted, the browser wars are so very 1995, but as a longtime Firefox user I am curious to see what google brings to the table.

My new favourite band - French Cowboy

I’m willing to re-assess in the morning, but at this late hour I want everything I can get my hands on by this band and I owe 100% of this obsession to my #1 music-streaming site from the Netherlands. It’s billed as folk rock and it is hitting the spot.

iTunes store link for French Cowboy & Lisa Li-Lund - “Share Horses” (which is what I have been listening to).

Head to their MySpace page to hear some really nice tunes.

The new RickRoll.

This is killing me to death.

Via fimoculous.com, where Rex sees the internet before the rest of us.

For reference, here is RickRoll explained in a scientific way.

(turns out the kissing dude is part of an extensive Converse ad campaign oh well. still jarring as hell and I am probably still giggling about it)

New Ink Ape print!

I’m a fan of Alex T.’s work. I especially approve of his use of the Rhinoceros. I will overlook the poor spelling.

Vintage Viewmaster reels!

Holy cow! I haven’t been bitten by the flashback bug this hard in a long time. I can’t even count how many of these things I looked at as a kid. The internet is a wonderful place. Please go to bobopoly.com to see many, many more of these.
