This is pretty big news.

I’m still a long way away from knowing how to build a bike, but the fact that this event is being held in Richmond is great news for the city. This kind of stuff is a big deal for bike nerds (which I am trying to become).

Check out the photo gallery from this year’s show to see the kinds of folks who will be showing and the bikes they’re bringing. Whenever I read about these bike shows I hear, “you have to see [bike x] in person to really get it”. Win for me.
