This is awesome, I overlooked it on kottke. My sister took a bunch of pics in Croatia with a Lomo camera, which are Russian placstic hulks reknowned for the cool images that these “crappy” cameras take. They have a fisheye lens one out that I want to grab, it is a whopping fifty bucks. I think there is a Lomo culture out there where a bunch of their users post pics.
Michelle works with a guy who has one. A couple of years ago we borrorwed it. I took a bunch of pictures. It’s really cool. They are tough little hunks of plastic.
Emma has one. It takes 4 exposures on a 35mm frame in rapid succession. It’s pretty cool.
