…and I will be buying at least all of these. Except for the Shout out Louds. I might just bum that one from my neighbuuuh.
m! - did you get your Ted Leo ticket? Next Wednesday night at Alley Katz and only $10.

No Ted Leo ticket for me yet. Wednesday is not the best night for me. It doesn’t look like a good fit for me.
Luckily I caught him the last couple of times he’s been in town. In fact, he played with The Oranges Band on one of those stops. They’re really good. I liked their last album.

Ted Leo is at Nanci Raygun. Much smaller club, better sound. i will be on a red eye home to Richmond that night so I won’t be there. Steal one of the posters if you can.

chope - you are correct, Nancy Raygun it is. I will do my level best to nick a poster, if not I might have to try and bum one from the devine creator of such things…
m! - hang withthe Gorillaz, I re-listened to it again tonight and the 2nd half is much easier to get into than the 1st half.
The Woods by SK is amazing. Very heavy but a path they were clearly on for a while. Channeling some serious Zepplin on this, incredible drumming and great chunky riffs.
The new Steve Malkmus is absolutely fantastic as well. Nicely off-beat and quirky. I am a bit of a fan-boy for SK and SM but I thkn that both of the new albums are exceptional.
Did you pick up the Laugh Out Louds and the B&S ep?
