They’re the representatives for Kellen Winslow II, who have rejected an offer that would have made Winslow the highest paid tight end ever. Not highest paid rookie tight end. Highest paid EVER. For a rookie. And it’s not enough.
Poston wouldn’t elaborate on his decision to reject the offer.
“I do not negotiate in the media,” Poston told The Associated Press. “We are continuing to negotiate with the Browns to obtain for Kellen Winslow II his fair market value.”
I HATE these guys. They hold out as a matter of course. How on earth can anyone negotiate with them in good faith if they so blatantly avoid doing the same.
I’m so glad the Redskins didn’t draft him. What a headache.
